Photographing the factories in Menorca for Russian clients

Alaior is the island’s centre for cheese making. We were invited there to photograph the process. Our Russian clients could then promote some of the cultural things Menorca prides itself on, to other Russians who may be interested in visiting the island.

If you know Menorca well then cheese is one of the products the island makes in abundance along with gin, cured ham and leather ware. We enjoyed a couple of days with our Russian clients visiting various factories to photograph the processes involved, to build up photographs that will be used in promotional material, to attract Russian holiday makers for the forthcoming year
