The Cavall Menorqui is the breed of horse native to the island. We were lucky enough to photograph horse and rider in full dressage.
After asking a local horse rider if we could photograph her horse we were invited back the following day when she had made the effort to dress the horse in the fiesta regalia. It turned out she was the youngest rider to ride in the Mahon fiestas. Needless to say she put on a memorable display which will remain with us.
